Return and Refund Policy

At Atlas School, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Final sale or clearance items

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our customer support team at fulfillment@mythic.press with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back to us.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error) may qualify for a partial refund.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, email us at fulfillment@mythic.press.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or error. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at fulfillment@mythic.press.
